It is getting closer to the best month of the year, October, filled
with trick or treating, costumes and that cool fall weather. If you're
over the age of 21 and like beer then you might find October the best
month for another reason, Oktoberfest. Downtown Culver City's THIRD
WEDNESDAYS presents 'Oktoberfest' with free samples of beer, sausages and pretzels - everything you need to have a great time. This reoccurring neighboorhood happy hour includes a bunch of restaurants and bars you can scope out, along with free two hour parking in the municipal structures.

Here are the details: It's happening on Wednesday, October 16th from
5pm - 9pm just south of the 10 freeway and east of the 405. The beer
drinking, live music and free samples will be between the intersection
of Culver and Washington Blvds and Duquesne Ave.
