I moved to the West Hollywood area over 10 years ago and one joint that never gets old to me is Jones in Hollywood. I used to hit up Jones all of the time whether it be on a date, meeting up with friends or for a private party. They have a great selection of crispy crust pizzas, wine and specialty cocktails. I especially love that they serve their martinis with a side shaker to keep the rest of your liquid libation chilled until you decide to pour more.

8 neglectful months have passed since I've been back there, so I finally reunited with my old flame Jones last week and things seemed the same - except one big game changer: happy hour. What?! Could this be true? Shaking hands with one of the owners confirmed my eager questions. Yes, Jones Hollywood now serves a late night happy hour (they call it Beggar's Banquet) with all of my favorites up for grabs at a little less than the printed menu prices. Sunday through Thursday, 10pm to 2am, you can order discounted $4 beers, $5 call drinks, house Cabernet and Chardonnay, $8 specialty cocktails and $6 pizzas (Margherita, Pepperoni, BBQ Chicken, Spicy Sausage, Cheese). Just make sure to get your pizza order in by 1:20am for the last call for food. You're welcome.
