Plan Check Fairfax is hosting a ten day Epic Beer Tap take over beginning today, January 29th through February 9th. The Salt Lake City based Epic Brewing Company will be serving up limited “geek” beers, Epic’s Brainless Series and cocktail chef Matt Biancaniello’s Fifth Taste Beer Float. The line-up includes:

· Big Bad Baptist Imperial Stout
· Brainless on Cherries, Belgian Style Ale
· Brainless on Peaches
· Brainless on Raspberries
· Smoked & Oaked Belgian-Style Ale
· Utah Sage Saison Belgian-Style Ale
· The Fifth Taste Beer Float with a scoop of Matthew Biancaniello’s trademark Candy Cap Mushroom & Buffalo Trace ice cream and Big Bad Baptist Imperial Stout

Hit Plan Check on Superbowl Sunday for $1-4 tasting flights. Price depends on the quarter so get there early and catch the whole game. There will also be $2 off all drafts, beer cocktails and food specials.

February 5th will be Beer Cocktail Night from 6 pm to midnight. Matt Biancaniello and Brady Weise will man the bar for one night only featuring Epic Brewing in specialty cocktails.
